Mary Rozier Is Making A Positive Impact in Her Community

Student Athlete Mary Rozier Is Featured in Game Changers Magazine 2023 Spring Edition

My name is Mary L. Rozier. I am a junior and student-athlete at Eagles Landing High School in McDonough, GA. I'm an honors student with a current 4.50 grade point average. I have worked hard to maintain all A's, and have never missed a day since kindergarten. Moreover, I aspire to become a biomedical engineer and pursue a doctorate in public health so I can positively impact the health and wellbeing of others. I competed in the 2022 National Junior Olympics in Sacramento California and became a 3x All American in Track & Field. Also, I am proud to have been named to the Henry County All-County swim team for the last two consecutive years.

I'm humbled to have been elected by my peers every school year since the sixth grade to lead and serve as class president. Serving is my superpower, as such, I was awarded the National Presidential Gold Award for volunteering more than 100 hours of community service in multiple calendar years. I am a recent graduate of the 2022 Youth Leadership Henry Program. I currently serve as a Henry County district 4 Junior Commissioner. I formerly served as the National Leadership Representative for the Junior Beta Club.

Most recently, I have demonstrated my passion to save teen lives by taking advantage of every opportunity to speak to my peers about the importance of Safe Driving for Teens.

I am a teenpreneur who enjoys drawing, serving in my community, practicing math problems, posting on my study page, spending quality time with family, and playing with my puppy Neeko. I attend Mt. Olive Baptist Church and I am the proud daughter of Randall and Sandra Rozier.
